Felle 等利用Ca2+ H+ 微电极考查(GlcNAc)n Nod factors 对苜蓿(Medicago sativa subsp. sativa cv. Sitel)根毛细胞内Ca2+ H+ 活度的变化及细胞防御反应的关系时,发现(GlcNAc)n Nod factors 与根毛共生及防御相关的信号感受位点不同,而且由它们引起的胞内Ca2+ 活性或者pH 的变化及其下游响应也不一样[Plant Physiol.]
