Xuyue (Beijing) Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd.
Established in 2005 in Zhongguancun High-tech Park in Beijing, Xuyue (Beijing) Sci.&Tech. Co., Ltd., is a one of the leading players in Non-invasive Micro-testing Technique (NMT) development in the world.

Drug Screening Platform (XY-DSP-1) based on NMT Ionic Molecular Flux Profiling is mainly used in the field of preclinical pharmaceutical drug research, specializing in detecting ionic and molecular activities non-invasively of concentrated organelle, single cells, cell layers, tissues, organs and even intact organisms. In addition to the in-house technology development, Xuyue provides its services in a range of areas such as safety pharmacology, target profiling, assay development as well as tailored and/or customized prescriptions.

Technology:

The Non-invasive Micro-test Technology (NMT) is a method to detect specific and/or selective ionic/molecular activities. With fully computer control, it could get the information such as concentrations, fluxes and directions of various ions and molecules going in and out of the samples without touching them. At present, NMT not only can measure H+,Ca2+,K+,Na+,NH4+, Mg2+,Cd2+,Cl-,NO3-,O2,CO32-,NO, amino acids .et al individually, but also can detect more than one ionic/molecular activities simultaneously.

Mission:
The lack of knowledge about the microenvironment of tissues has becoming one of the key obstacles to make drugs more efficient. The NMT will significantly improve drug research with this respect. The technology is based on a variety of sensors and enables the 3D measurements of specific and/or selective activities of ions and/or molecules related to drug research. The technology has successfully been applied for the characterizations of drug effects in lab research. It is now being extended into an automated screening technology Apart from the Drug Screening Platform development, Xuyue also conducts its own research of applications, such as customized chemotherapy started with breast cancer. Partners as well as investors are needed to speed up this project.
